Terri has had the privilege of dedicating over 20 years to serving seniors, with the last 10 years as a rewarding journey in hospice care. She is passionate about advocating for patient-centered care and cherishes the opportunity to create meaningful, compassionate experiences for patients and their families during life’s most delicate moments. Terri is a devoted wife, proud mother of two adult children, and loving grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren—her 19-year-old granddaughter, now in her second year of university in California studying to become a doctor, and her spirited, creative 9-year-old grandson. Terri enjoys gardening, being outdoors, and playing with her two boxer dogs.

Jill Baughman has had the pleasure of dedicating over 17 years to the senior living industry, with a specialization in hospice care. She is deeply committed to providing compassionate support and building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Jill believes in finding compassion in every moment and offering comfort and care during life’s most significant times.

Outside of work, Jill cherishes spending time with her family, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors. As a mom to two amazing kids who are passionate about soccer, dance, cross-country, and reading, she embraces the joy and energy they bring into her life.
